Joseph Santiago, M.D.
Dr. Joe Santiago grew up in Belleville, Illinois. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Joe believes strongly in proactive care and is involved with several local philanthropies and hospital boards. Joe and his wife Melissa have four young and energetic children, and he loves being both a doctor and a daddy.

Nona Fulk, M.D.
Dr. Nona Fulk was raised in Sandwich, Illinois. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She loves caring for the special needs of women throughout all stages of their lives including fertility, pregnancy and gynecology. Nona is married to John Fulk and they have two daughters and one cat, Precious, the Fat Cat.

Vicki Voegel, PA-C
Vicki Voegel is a Certified Physician's Assistant and is central Illinois native. Vicki has been working in the area of women's health care for over 17 years. She is a caring professional with the ability to listen to and evaluate your specific health needs. Vicki has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh and enjoy life. Her young daughter is her greatest joy and blessing.

Dee Brown, RT(R)(M)
Dee was raised in Kewanee, Illinois and is a trained and licensed x-ray technologist. Dee is a trusted and valued member of our staff and is responsible for performing mammograms here in the office. She also performs bone mineral density (DEXA) testing in our office. Dee is a skilled technician and has a wonderful sense of humor, which puts her patients at ease. She loves cats and cross-stitching as well.
